  1. No Statewide LMS purchase is in the works.
  2. Working on options to provide “At Risk” teachers to be able to teach on-line.
  3. Creating Courses for these staff members, But they will need to be hosted on LMS
  4. LTI Compliant, could be imported to any LTI LMS (Not Google Classroom)
  5. Possibility an LMS like Canvas could offer a statewide solution.
  6. Current State Moodle server (AEA Learning OnLine)  is available that these courses could be added to.
  7. What has been promised  Available August 23, 2020 - It is a short timeline and will probably be updated.  4 years Language Arts,  3 Years of Math, Science, Social Studies.
  8. Working on Extending AEA Learning Online  ILO. 
  9. MOC Floyd Valley - Offering Online Spanish.
  10. Districts can offer their Online Courses to other districts
  11. Working on a Course Marketplace Could be available Fall 2020, but originally scheduled for Fall 2021

  15. Second Course should be available Mid June “Planning for Emergencies: Continuous Learning.” Same URL as above.  License Renewal or Drake 2 Credit available.  
  16. Online Courses for Snow Day credit is currently not an option, but could be up for change.
  17. Spencer purchased 14 Temp Sensensing Tablets that will be used.  Tablets take 1 second per scan.  1 for each grade level.  Not classified as a “Medical Device” but used for Pre-Screening.  Aurora TT15.
  18. Emmetsburg purchased Seek Thermal Scanners from TEquipment
